• You must be a verified user with a valid subscription to use the App
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload or attempt to analyze photos of others without their consent
• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or overload our services
• Misrepresent the App's advice as professional medical treatment

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Skincare Advice Disclaimer

• The App provides skincare tips and recommendations generated by AI
• AI output can be inaccurate; you should not rely on or act on output without independently confirming
• This is not medical advice
• The App is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed dermatologist or healthcare provider
• Always seek professional medical advice for skin conditions, allergies, review of recommended products, or concerns

5. Subscriptions & Payments

If applicable, subscriptions and in-app purchases are managed through Apple's App Store. Apple's terms govern billing, cancellations, and refunds.

Subscription term and automatic renewal: If you signed up for a paid subscription, Apple's App Store will automatically charge your payment method on renewal dates until you cancel. We may increase fees for our services. To make changes to a subscription, you can do so via Apple's App Store.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The App and its content are provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for damages arising from reliance on skincare recommendations
• We are not responsible for data loss, unauthorized access, or third-party service issues

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
